Damascus, May.13 (SANA) Director of the Department of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Qutaiba Kadish, discussed with a delegation from the World Bank Group, the progress of ongoing projects, and projects still under signature.
The talks also dealt with a number of new projects being developed as part of supporting recovery and reconstruction efforts in Syria.
During the meeting, thanks were also extended to the Director of the Middle East Department at the World Bank, Jean-Christophe Carret, in appreciation of the efforts he exerted during his tenure in supporting the World Bank’s projects in Syria, on the occasion of the end of his duties and his transition to assume new responsibilities.
