Damascus, April 8 (SANA) Director General of the Syrian Development Fund, Safwat Raslan, discussed with representatives of Istanbul Development Agency (IDA) means of enhancing joint cooperation, supporting development projects and expanding economic partnerships.
During a meeting held in Istanbul, the two sides emphasized the importance of developing cooperation between development institutions in Syria and Türkiye , exchanging expertise and supporting economic initiatives.
Following the collapse of the ousted regime in December 2024, bilateral commercial relations between Syria and Türkiye have taken on a new dimension, with both countries focusing on cooperation across industry, transport, energy and trade.
