Damascus, Feb.5 (SANA) Foreign Minister, Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, met on Thursday with Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Culture, Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud, in Damascus on the sidelines of the opening of Damascus International Book Fair.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance cultural cooperation between the two brotherly countries and exchanged views on the importance of culture in fostering intercultural dialogue and strengthening shared Arab ties.
Syrian minister of Culture, Mohammad Yassin al-Saleh, and Information Minister, Hamza al-Mustafa, attended the meeting.
