Chinese special envoy for Syria: Pushing towards political solution to crisis in Syria

Beirut, SANA-Chinese special envoy for Syria Xie Xiaoyan affirmed on Monday the need for eliminating the terrorist organizations and pushing towards a political solution to the crisis in Syria.

Xiaoyan, following a meeting with Sa’ad al-Hariri, who is charged to form the Lebanese government, hoped that efforts of combating terrorism would make progress and pushing towards a political solution to the crisis in Syria.

“Terrorism is an enemy to the whole world, so it should be struck,” Xiaoyan said.
