Mpscow, SANA – Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that the separation of opposition from terrorists is the only way to settle the situation in Syria.
“The recipe is simple, ” said Zakharova in a statement to Russia-24 TV channel, adding that it stipulates the separation of opposition that has not laid down their arms and continues combat operations. It should be separated from terrorists.
Earlier in the month, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stressed that the separation of opposition from terrorists is a top priority in the Russian-US agreement.
On the US Secretary of State John Kerry’ speech at the UN Security Council meeting on Syria, she said that it “didn’t have enough facts. It is a show that is made for the amusement of millions of people. This show is bad due to the lack of any facts.”
