Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain around average as the country is still affected by superficial seasonal Indian low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, local rain showers are expected over the northwestern and the coastal areas.
The weather, according to the bulletin, will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazira, and al-Badia (desert) areas.
The winds are expected to be are westerly to southwesterly of low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low to medium in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 33/18, Daraa 32/19, Homs 32/20, Hama 34/23, Lattakia 30/25, Aleppo 32/19 and Deir Ezzor 36/22.
