Provinces, SANA, The Army and Armed forces on Thursday killed scores of different Takfiri and terrorist organizations’ members and destroyed their arms, vehicles and hideouts throughout the country.
Al-Zabadani and al-Ghouta, Damascus Countryside
An army unit and the Lebanese Resistance foiled terrorists’ attempt to infiltrate towards a military post from the eastern side of al-Zabadani city in Damascus Countryside, leaving large numbers of terrorists dead or injured, a military source said.
Meanwhile, the army destroyed a 23-mm machine gun and a number of terrorist dens and cells, killing 27 terrorists, among them Libyans and Sudanese in East al-Ghouta in Damascus countryside.
Field sources told SANA that a unit of the army targeted terrorists of so-called “Jaish al-Islam” in Harasta, killing a number of its members, among them were Nour Eddin Badran, Hassan al-Khanshour and Mohammad Skaf.
The sources added that three cars, one of them equipped with anti-aircraft 23mm machinegun, were destroyed. Libyan terrorist al-Habib al-Hatmani and Sudanese terrorist Lukman Ghandour and Mohammad Morstani were killed in Midyarah to the south of Douma.
Meantime, the army killed a number of terrorists from so-called “Ajnad al-Cham” and Fajr al-Umah in Douma, destroying two cars.
Adnan Asa’ad, Nidal al-Khateeb and Nidal Aitah were identified among the dead terrorists.
Lattakia
12 terrorists killed in al-Mraij village
An army unit, in cooperation with the popular defense groups, destroyed two terrorist Takfiri organizations’ vehicles during a special army operation against one of their hideouts in al-Mraij village, 48 km northeast Lattakia city.
A military source told SANA Thursday that at least 12 terrorists, mostly of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization, were killed during the army operation, in addition to demolishing two cars with all weapons and ammunition on board.
The Army air force eliminated many terrorists and destroyed their weapons and vehicles in Rweisa, Katf al-Ghanama, al-Safh, Katf al-Ghadr, al-Mallouha, al-Mughiria and Markashlia in the northern countryside of Lattakia.
Meanwhile, Turkish media “Afrinsell Newspaper” unveiled on Tuesday that Erdogan’s regime supplied terrorists with a batch of weapons and ammunition in the countryside of Lattakia and Idleb provinces.
An army unit also targeted dens of “Ahrar al-Sham Movement” and other terrorist organizations in al-Sawda village, killing 8 terrorists, injuring many others and destroying their ammo and weapons.
Aleppo
An army unit clashed with members of ISIS in the area surrounding the Air Force Academy to the east of Aleppo city.
The clashes resulted in the death of many terrorists, injured many others and destroyed their ammo and weapons.
Idleb
The army’s air force destroyed terrorists’ vehicles and dens in al-Hamidiyeh, al-QarQor, Tal al-Kfeir, Tal al-Awar, Ayn Larouz and al-Sahn in the countryside of the northern Idleb province.
The Army air force destroyed dens for “Jabhat al-Nusra” in Abu al-Dohour town and Khashir village southeast of Idleb city.
Hama
Army units destroyed terrorists’ dens and vehicles and kill many of them in al-Tanjara, al-Kahira, al-Hwash, al-Inkawi and near al-Madiq Citadel in the central Hama province.
Homs
An army unit killed all members of a terrorist organization’s group and destroyed their pick-up truck, vehicle, and a motorcycle in Housh al-Zabadi village in Talbeiseh in the northern countryside of Homs province.
Meanwhile, a number of terrorists were killed and others were injured in Jarjeiseh village in the vicinity of al-Rastan Lake and big amounts of their ammunition and arms were destroyed in a separate special operation of an army unit.
An Army unit carried out intensive operations against ISIS in al-Qariatin city, al-Swana al-Sharqia village and to the east of Jazal Gas Field in Palmyra countryside.
The operations resulted in the killing of many terrorists and the destroying of ammo cache.
Qunietra
“Nusra” members killed
Army units killed members of Takfiri terrorist organizations in Jebata al-Khashab, al-Hamidiya and Roweyhine villages in the countryside of the southern Quneitra province.
Daraa
In the neighboring Daraa province, army units carried out operations in a number of areas , leaving scores of terrorists dead and destroying their hideouts and vehicles.
A military source told SANA reporter that the army targeted terrorists in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood in the city of Daraa, killing a number of them and destroying a machine-gun equipped vehicle.
An army unit also targeted hideouts and concentrations for Jabhat al-Nusra and “Jaish al-Yarmouk” in Aqraba, al-Ghariyeh al-Gharbiyeh, al-Lajat and Zamrin, inflicting casualties and material losses upon the terrorists.
