Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will remain around average or slightly lower as the country is still affected by an Indian seasonal low pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to cloudy and local rain showers are expected over the coastal mountains, while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
The expected temperatures in the major cities will be as follows: Damascus 35/19, Aleppo 36/20, Homs 32/20 and Hama 35/22.
The wind will be northwesterly and of moderate speed and the sea waves will be of medium amplitude.
Tomorrow, the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, while the weather will be misty over the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya areas, and the temperatures will be around average.
