Damascus Chamber of Commerce discusses with Brazilian Ambassador means of boosting trade ties

Damascus, SANA- Head and members of Damascus Chamber of Commerce discussed with Ambassador of Federal Republic of Brazil to Syria, André Santos , means of boosting trade relations between the two countries.

The two sides discussed at the Chamber of Commerce headquarters the difficulties and obstacles facing trade exchange in order to work on facilitating them, forming a Syrian delegation to visit Brazil, meeting with its chambers of commerce to enhance better communication, and reactivating the agreements signed between the two countries.

Head of Damascus Chamber of Commerce, Muhammad Abu al-Huda al-Laham, affirmed the necessity of utilizing the historical relations to activate trade exchange, and develop it through the import and export processes.

For his part, Brazilian ambassador, stressed the importance of Syrian trade delegations visiting Brazil, inspecting the available products and capabilities, finding solutions to develop trade relations, reaching a better level of import and export operations, founding trade channels to avoid any problems, and developing work at all levels.
