Tehran, SANA-Special Adviser at the Republic’s Presidency, Buthaina Shaaban, representing Mrs. Asma al-Assad, started an official visit to the Iranian capital of Tehran Thursday, heading a delegation of Syrian women upon an invitation of Mrs. Jamileh-Sadat Alamolhoda, wife of the Iranian President, to take part in the First International Conference of Influential women that will start on Friday.
Nearly 400 figures from more than 80 countries, of the influential and effective women in the social, cultural, political and scientific domains will take part in the conference.
The conference aims to develop capabilities of influential women elites, on the national and international levels, and integrate joint efforts to support the Woman in Iran and the world and boost communications among influential women around the world.
