Moscow,SANA-The Russian Defense Ministry announced that over 300 Ukrainian servicemen and foreign mercenaries and 35 heavy weapons were eliminated near Nikolayev city in Ukraine on Friday .
Russian Aerospace forces eliminated up to 80 Polish mercenaries and eight Grad multiple launch rocket systems ,20 armored vehicles with a precision strike on the Megatex zinc plant in Konstantinovka, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov said Saturday.
Konashenkov said that the Russian armed forces continue the special military operation in Ukraine, where tactical operational aviation, missile forces and artillery hit Ukrainian manpower and military equipment in 284 districts, and destroyed two ammunition depots, missile and artillery weapons in the Volchyarovka region of the Lugansk People’s Republic.
Russian aviation, missile forces and artillery eliminated over 780 extremist nationalists, eight tanks and other armored vehicles, three Uragan combat launchers, 10 batteries of field artillery and mortars, and 13 special vehicles in 24 hours,the ministry’s spokesman added.
Konashenkov stressed that since the beginning of the special military operation to protect Donbass, 213 aircraft, 132 helicopters, 1,355 drones, 350 anti-aircraft missile systems, 3,797 tanks and armored combat vehicles, 670 rocket launchers, and 3,848 special military vehicles have been destroyed.
