Damascus, SANA- Minister of Education, Darem Tabaa, discussed on Saturday with a delegation from the United Nations Development Program ways to enhance cooperation in the educational and awareness fields in terms of preventing drug and crime risks.
Minister Tabaa indicated that the ministry worked to introduce legal culture into the curricula, based on the necessity of knowledge and awareness of international and local laws.
He pointed out to the importance of intensifying educational and cultural activities to reach all students and their families, in addition to working to address the children who are out of school, and their number reaches one and a half million children inside and outside Syria.
