Road conditions in Syria on Sunday

Damascus, SANA- Road conditions in Syria due to the weather conditions were listed in Sunday bulletin issued by the Traffic Department at the Ministry of Interior as following :

In Damascus countryside, all roads in the province are passable, while the road of Damascus-Homs Highway is hardly passable due to fog.

The roads which lead to Qatana area are passable, while the sub-roads which lead to al-Zabadani and Rankous areas are hardly passable due to the accumulation of snow.

In Homs province, all main roads in the province are passable, except Miqles/Daher al-Qaseir which is hardly passable due to the fog and the formation of ice.

In Hama, all main roads are passable except Shatha- Joubet Berghal and Ein al-Koroum-al-Karandah-Jourin sub-roads which are hardly passable due to the formation of ice as Salamiyeh-Raqaa highway
is hardly passable due to the dense fog.

In Lattakia Province, all roads in al-Qurdaha area are passable, except some sub-roads of Markieh-Makamat Bani Hashem, Joubet Burghal-Slenfeh, al-Qarandah- al-Ghab roads are hardly passable due to the formation of ice.

In al-Hafeh area, all roads are passable except Slenfeh- broadcast station, Slenfeh- al-Ghab roads are hardly passable due to the accumulation of snow.
