Budapest, SANA-Patriarch of Antioch and the whole East for Melkite Greek Catholic Yousef al–Absi met at his residence in the Hungarian capital Budapest, acting Chargé d’ Affairs at Syrian Embassy in Budapest, Ambassador Bashar Samara.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the latest developments in Syria.
In the same context, Patriarch al-Absi made phone calls with Lebanese President Gen. Michel Aoun and Prime Minister Najib Mikati, in which he expressed hope that the new government would lead to stabilize the situation in Lebanon.
