Damascus, SANA-Temperatures tend to rise slightly to become around average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the south and accompanied by north eastern currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Saturday bulletin that the weather will be partly cloudy in general and rainy in most areas, with a chance of light local rainfalls over different areas, tending to be cold particularly over mountains.
The wind will northeasterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus13/21, Daraa13/20, Homs12/19, Lattakia 14/18, Aleppo 13/18and Deir Ezzor16/22.
