Several fires extinguished in Jableh countryside in Lattakia province

Lattakia, SANA – Firefighters in Forestry Department in Lattakia Agriculture Directorate, in cooperation with firefighting brigade, on Saturday extinguished several fires which erupted in the agricultural lands in Jableh countryside.

In a statement to SANA reporter, Head of Forestry Department in Agriculture Directorate, Bassem Douba said that several fires erupted in villages of Jablah countryside.

Douba noted that all fires were under the control which devoured limited areas of olive, citrus and reed trees, and neglected lands full of herbs.
