Damascus, SANA-Health Ministry announced on Saturday that 46 new Coronavirus cases have been registered in the country, and that 38 patients infected with the virus have been recovered while 4 others have passed away.
The Ministry added in a statement to SANA that this brings the total number of Coronavirus cases registered in Syria to 5033, of which 1494 patients were recovered while 245 others passed away.
The first Coronavirus case was registered in the country on March 22nd while the first mortality was reported on 29th of the same month.
