Temperatures above average, skies clear in general

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to rise gradually to become from two to four degrees above average in most regions as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by a subtropical high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the weather will be hot and the skies will be clear in general, while the weather will be hot and misty in the eastern regions and al-Badia “semi-desert” region.

The wind will be western to northwestern with a low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 36/21, Daraa 37/20, Homs 34/19, Hasaka 43/24, Lattakia 33/24, and Aleppo 36/24.
