Damascus, SANA-Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that 47 new coronavirus cases were registered in Syria and that 15 patients have recovered while 3 others have passed away.
In a statement to SANA, the ministry indicated that the total number of coronavirus infections that were registered in the country reached till now 3924, of which 998 ones have recovered while 181 have passed away.
The first coronavirus infection was registered in the country on March 22nd while the first mortality was reported on 29th of the same month.
