Damascus, SANA_ Cartoonist Raed Khalil won the special prize at the third International Cartoon Festival organized in Kosovo entitled “Kosovo in the eyes of cartoonists.”
The artist Khalil sought to deal with the idea of the subject to create artistic vocabulary to show the occasion and purpose built on the connection with others in the journey of cross-fertilization of culture between nations.
Artist Raed Khalil won this month three international prizes from China and Morocco.
