New evidence divulges Turkish regime’s support to terrorists in Syria

Damascus, SANA- New evidence on the involvement of the Turkish regime headed by Recep Tayyip Erdogan in supporting terrorist organizations in Syria came to the surface after Swedish website Nordic Monitor revealed information on the involvement of the Turkish intelligence in using former Turkish officers to train and arm terrorists and send them to Syria.

Nordic Monitor quoted an unnamed source as saying  that since the beginning of the terrorist war on Syria, the Turkish intelligence has formed a special office with the aim of undermining security and stability in Syria.

According to the source, a figure who worked for years at the Turkish security foundation, the office has worked with former officers who had legal problems in the past and assigned them to a task of training and arming extremist groups including those which are affiliated to al-Qaeda and Daesh (ISIS) terrorist organizations.

The source said that the measure taken by the Turkish intelligence has helped “convicted criminals” and suspects who are facing criminal charges for their release, adding “Scores of ex-servicemen have been released through an organized campaign. The institution undermined the rule of law in Turkey, and the terrorists were unleashed on the ground in Syria.”

One of the most interesting issues that the source mentioned is the shipment of detonation wires that were transferred to Daesh terrorist organization under the supervision of the Turkish intelligence service which was discovered in 2015.

This newly revealed evidence shows the link between the Turkish regime and the terrorist organizations which are mentioned by the international terrorism list, on top Daesh and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organizations.
