Geneva, SANA – A delegation from People’s Assembly participated Tuesday in a workshop on the role of parliaments in supporting the investment process held by Inter-Parliamentary Union on the sidelines with the World Investment Forum being convened in Geneva.
Head of the delegation, Rami Saleh, said that investment requires an atmosphere of security and open economic relations among states, calling -to that end- for lifting the unilateral coercive measures imposed on the Syrian people.
