Damascus, SANA- Temperatures tend to rise to become above average by 2 to 4 degrees as the country is affected by a superficial seasonal low pressure accompanied by a subtropical high pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be hot and clear in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badyia “desert” areas.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 36/22, Daraa 35/21, Homs 34/23, Lattakia 33/24, Aleppo 35/22 and Deir Ezzor 39/26.
