Deir Ezzor, SANA- Deir Ezzor Governorate on Tuesday sent baskets of medicines and food to the besieged families in the neighborhoods of Harabesh, al-Sinaa and al-Jafra in the eastern parts of the city which are besieged by the ISIS terrorists.
Deir Ezzor Governor Mohammad Ibrahim Samra said in a statement to SANA that the Governorate sent 450 food baskets that included basic materials and canned food, in addition to an amount of varied types of medicines to the medical point in Harabesh neighborhood which provides medical services to the citizens in the three aforementioned neighborhoods.
The Governor said that the aid was dropped by one of the helicopters of the Syrian Arab Army, adding that the Governorate almost daily sends about 1,500 bread bundles and various types of food materials to the residents of the three neighborhoods and they are distributed among them for free.
