3 persons killed, 11 others injured due to terrorist suicide bombings in Hama

Hama, SANA-The death toll of the two terrorist suicide bombings which took place in al-Assi Square in Hama city on Monday raised to 3 martyrs .

A source at Hama Police Command said that one of the injured persons died of his wounds later, raising the death toll of the two bombings to 3 martyrs and the injured to 11.

The source added that a terrorist suicide bomber blew himself up in al-Assi Square and then after 15 minutes another terrorist, wearing explosive device belt, blew himself up.

The source said that due to the two terrorist bombings, two persons were killed, 12 others were injured and material damage was caused to the place.

The source noted that the authorities killed another terrorist with an explosive belt before blowing himself up among citizens and ambulance teams arrived at the scene to rescue the wounded.

Meanwhile, SANA reporter in Hama said that SANA’s cameraman Ibrahim Ajaj who was covering the damage that resulted from the first bombing attack got wounded with moderate injures due to the second terrorist bombing.

He pointed out that colleague Ajaj is in a stable condition and was rushed to the National Hospital of Hama to receive medical treatment.
