Damascus, SANA- The Republic Grand Mufti Ahmad Bader Eddin Hassoun confirmed that the Syrian expatriates were always loyal to their homeland defenders of it, hailing their endeavors to ease the effects of the terrorist attack on Syria sparing no effort to raise high its name in the countries of their residence.
Meeting the Syrian expatriates delegation (Warsaw Gathering) who is currently visiting Syria, Hassoun affirmed that terrorism will be defeated due to the Syrian people’s rallying around their army and leadership and collaborating efforts of
its sons abroad.
For their part, members of the delegation headed by Nabeel al-Malazi, expressed readiness to offer all what might consolidate the steadfastness of the Syrian army in its war against the Takfiri terrorism, hoping that Syria will restore security and stability soon.
The delegation arrived in Damascus on Sunday on a week-long visit aiming primarily at supporting Syria in the political, economic and media fields and at pushing for breaking the siege and lifting the unjust sanctions imposed on their homeland.
