Tehran, SANA- Information Minister Omran al-Zoubi on Sunday delivered a lecture in front of the political committee of the 8th General Assembly of Islamic Radios & televisions Union (IRTVU) in Tehran about the events and latest developments that Syria and the whole region are witnessing.
Earlier Sunday, activities of the 8th session of IRTVU were launched in Tehran with the participation of regional and international media establishments and figures.
Minister al-Zoubi referred, in his lecture, to the terrorist war waged against Syria by external powers and countries that use terrorism as a main tool in it, asserting that what is going in Syria is related to what is going in the whole region.
The minister touched upon the political track to solve the crisis in Syria, pointing out the importance of dealing with terms with high accuracy.
Minister al-Zoubi, who met Iranian Political and media officials in Tehran Friday and Saturday and delivered a speech at the opening cermony, heads Syria’s media delegation to the conference which lasts for three days.
