President al-Sharaa issues decree appointing new rector for Homs University

Damascus, SANA-President of the Republic, Mr. Ahmad al-Sharaa, issued on Thursday Decree No. 90 of 2025, appointing Mr. Tarek Hossam Eddin, a professor in Homs University, as rector of the university.
