Amman, SANA- Jordanian Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan hailed Syrian Jordanian relationship as “excellent” noting the positive communication and cooperation in all sectors and fields.
“Jordan stands by our Syrian brothers in achieving their goals with all our diplomatic means, and helps in all other aspects, whether in civil defense, technical expertise, humanitarian aid, or cooperation in the field of administration and others” al-Mamlaka TV quoted Hassan as saying during the Jordanian Cabinet session in Jerash.
The Jordanian official emphasized that Jordan “wants Syria to be strong, stable, and united, and praised Jordan’s recent diplomatic efforts regarding southern Syria.
The PM said Jordan and the Arab region share a common future, despite major changes around them.
On Monday, King Abdullah II of Jordan confirmed his country’s support for Syria’s security, stability, and sovereignty.
