Damascus, SANA- President Ahmad al-Sharaa, met Sunday with Minister of Justice, Mr. Mazhar al-Weis to discuss the Ministry’s plans for the upcoming phase.
Talks during the meeting addressed ways to strengthen the rule of law and develop the justice system, emphasizing the importance of accelerating the pace of judicial reform and ensuring the judicial independence to achieve justice.
Discussions also covered infrastructure reform to guarantee service quality, diligent work towards achieving transitional justice, and the reactivation of courts in areas witnessing the return of displaced persons.
