Presidency of the Republic: Presidential decree announces the Ministerial formation of

Damascus, SANA- President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Ahmad al-Sharaa, issued presidential decree No. 9 for 2025 that appoints the following as members in the new Syrian government.

Names of the Syrian new ministers: 

Foreign and Expatriates Minister: Mr. Asaad al-Shaibani.

Defense Minister: Mr. Murhaf Abu Qasra.

Interior Minister: Mr. Anas Khattab.

Justice Minister: Mr. Mazhar al-Wais.

Finance Minister: Mohammad Yusir Barneiah

Minister of Economy and Industry: Mr. Nidal al-Shaar.

Energy Minister: Mr. Mohammad al-Bashir.

Endowments Minister: Mr. Mohammad Shukri.

Minister of Education, Mr. Mohammad Abd al-Rahman Tarko.

Minister of Higher Education and Sceintific Research : Mr. Marwan al-Halabi.

Health Minister: Mr. Musaab al-Ali.

Minister of Work and Social Affairs: Mrs. Hind Qabawat.

Minister of Information: Hamza Mustafa.

Minister of Local Administration and Environment: Mohammad Anjarani.

Minister of Communications and Information Technology: Mr. Abd El-Salam Haykal

Transport Minister: Mr. Yaarub Suleiman Badr.

Minister of Agriculture: Mr. Amjad Badr

Minister of Public Works and Housing: Mustafa Abd al-Razak.

Minister of Culture: Mr. Mohammad Yassin Saleh.

Tourism Minister: Mazen al-Salhani

Minister of Sports and Youth: Mr. Mohammad Samih Hamid

Minister of Administrative Development: Mr. Mohammad Hassan Skaf.

Minister of Emergency and Disasters: Mr. Raed al-Saleh
