Kuwait strongly condemns Israeli occupation bombing of Koya town, west of Daraa

Kuwait, SANA- Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the Israeli occupation forces shelling of Koya town, west of Daraa, which resulted in the deaths of several people and the injury of several others.

In a statement on its website, reported by the KUNA news agency, the Foreign Ministry reiterated Kuwait’s stance calling for respect for Syria’s sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity.

It also emphasized the importance of the UN Security Council fulfilling its responsibilities in maintaining international peace and security and putting an end to the systematic and flagrant violations of the Israeli occupation, which threaten the security and stability of the region.
