Islamabad, Oct. 3 (SANA) Pakistani security forces killed 11 militants on Saturday in separate security operations across the country, Pakistan’s state news agency reported, citing security sources.
Six militants were killed in the Gorandar area of Mashkel city in the southwestern province of Balochistan, while five others were killed in South Waziristan, in the northwestern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the sources said.
The operations also resulted in the destruction of militant hideouts and the seizure of large quantities of weapons and ammunition.
Last Thursday, Pakistani security forces killed six militants in operations conducted in several parts of the country.
