Damascus-SANA- Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad al-Shaibani stated that the Syrian delegation that visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia conveyed the national vision of new Syria.
We thank the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and their Excellences and Highnesses, the Ministers of Defense and Foreign Affairs, along with the Head of General Intelligence for the warm reception at the first visit of the delegation of the new Syria, minister al-Shaibani tweeted on X.
“We conveyed our national vision, which is to establish a government based on partnership and efficiency including all Syrian components, and to work on launching an economic development plan that opens the way for investment, establishes strategic partnerships, and improves the living and service reality”, al-Shaibani added.
He went on to say “On the political side, we expressed the importance of Syria, alongside the Arab countries, in playing a positive role in the region, and weaving joint policies that support security and stability along with achieving prosperity”.
Minister Al-Shaibani noted ‘The Saudi side, in turn, voiced its support for the Syrian people and the new administration, expressing readiness to participate in the renaissance of Syria whilst backing its unity and territorial integrity.
