Damascus, Oct. 22 (SANA) – Syrian Interior Minister, Anas Khattab, conducted Thursday a field inspection tour of the Abu al-Shammat security department in al-Badia to assess its operational readiness and review its field and logistical equipment.
During the tour, Khattab outlined the ministry’s plans to accelerate security deployment by activating fully integrated facilities that can be rapidly equipped.
These facilities will include operations and studies units, along with operational forces, to expand security coverage, strengthen stability and protect roads throughout the Badia region.
