Hasakah , Aug. 28 (SANA) A man and a 13-year-old child were killed Friday when a hand grenade exploded outside the Palace of Justice in Hasakah, about 600 kilometers northeast of the capital Damascus, a security source told SANA.
The blast occurred at around 9:30 a.m., the source said.
Hasakah Health Director Dr. Khaled al-Khaled said the two victims died from their injuries after being taken to the emergency department. Their identities have not yet been established as neither was carrying identification documents.
