Quneitra, July 17 (SANA) An Israeli occupation force advanced Friday into the vicinity of the Ruwayhina Dam in the central Quneitra countryside.

SANA correspondent said an Israeli occupation force, consisting of two military vehicles, advanced into the area while residents gathered and threw stones at the vehicles, prompting the troops to withdraw.

Earlier, another Israeli force comprising four military vehicles and a bulldozer entered the vicinity of Abdin village in the Yarmouk Basin area of western Daraa province, where it removed rocks blocking the road leading to the al-Arda area.

Israel has continued to violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through repeated incursions into southern Syria, as well as raids, arrests, land bulldozing, and shelling.
