Beirut, May 29 (SANA) Eight Syrians, including children, were killed in an airstrike launched by the Israeli occupation forces on southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported on Friday that the Israeli Air Force targeted the Al-Hartiya area on the outskirts of Aadloun town in Sidon District in an air strike that killed eight Syrians, including children.
In the same context, the Israeli Air Force carried out a series of air strikes targeting Joya and Burj Shamali towns east of Tyre, while Israeli artillery shelled the town of Srifa in the same district.
The Israeli occupation’s air strikes also hit Touline town, along with artillery shelling of Blat town in Marjayoun District, and sweeping operations using automatic weapons toward Dibbin town.
In Nabatieh District, the Israeli Air Force launched an airstrike on a two story house on Zafta Road, completely destroying it.
A municipal police officer in Ebba, part of Nabatieh city in southern Lebanon, was killed earlier today Friday in an Israeli drone strike on his town, while Civil Defense rescue teams recovered two more bodies from the rubble in Tayr Debba town in Tyre District.
