Abu Dhabi , April 28 (SANA) Syrian Minister of Endowments (Awqaf) Mohammad Abu al-Khair Shukri discussed with the UAE Vice President, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in areas of mutual interest, in a manner that supports the exchange of expertise and the development of institutional work.
During the meeting, held on Tuesday as part of the minister’s official visit to the United Arab Emirates, both sides explored opportunities to advance cooperation between Syria and the UAE across various fields, in a way that serves their common interests and contributes to prosperity and progress for both nations and their peoples.
The meeting comes within the framework of the Syrian Ministry of Awqaf’s commitment to broadening cooperation with counterpart institutions in Arab and Islamic countries, in line with its vision of building effective partnerships that contribute to supporting joint religious work.
