Antalya, Apr. 16 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa arrived in Türkiye on Thursday, to participate in the fifth edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2026). This visit marks the President’s second consecutive participation in the prestigious international gathering, following his attendance at the fourth forum in April 2025.
The forum, which officially opens on Friday, is held under the auspices of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This year’s theme, “Mapping Tomorrow, Managing Uncertainties,” underscores the global need for proactive diplomacy in an increasingly complex geopolitical landscape. The three-day event will feature:
High-Level attendance with over 20 heads of state and government, 15 vice presidents, and more than 50 ministers—including 40 foreign ministers—from over 150 countries.
Diverse participants: Nearly 5,000 guests, including representatives from 75 international organizations, leading academics, and youth leaders.
With more than 40 panels and sessions in the forum’s agenda, focusing on global systemic transformations, regional developments, and the intersections of politics, economics, and technology.
The 5th edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2026) will take place on 17-19 April 2026, in Antalya, Türkiye, and it is expected to be the largest iteration to date.
