Damascus, May 9 (SANA) The first flight carryingSyrian pilgrims departed from Damascus International Airport to Jeddah on Saturday with 340 pilgrims onboard, SANA’s reporter said.
The reporter added that “around 12,900 pilgrims will travel through Damascus International Airport, while about 9,000 others will depart via Aleppo International Airport.
Flights transporting pilgrims from Aleppo International Airport are scheduled to begin on Sunday, with additional departure points available for Syrian pilgrims traveling from other countries.
