Damascus, April 16 (SANA) The Syrian Arab Republic extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to the friendly Republic of Türkiye for the victims of the armed attack that targeted a school in Kahramanmaraş province, claiming the lives of a number of students.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates stressed, in a statement, the Syrian Arab Republic’s full solidarity with the government and people of the Republic of Türkiye in this tragic event, expressing its sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the families of the victims, and wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
A shooting incident inside the Ayser Çalık Middle School in Kahramanmaraş province in southern Türkiye resulted in the death of 9 people and the injury of 13 others, some of whom are in critical condition.
