Damascus, March 2 (SANA) Governor of Damascus Countryside Amer al-Sheikh met Monday with Turkish Ambassador to Damascus Nuh Yılmaz to discuss cooperation between Syria and Turkey to support reconstruction and development efforts in the province.
The two sides reviewed steps to improve infrastructure and services, emphasizing the exchange of expertise and modern technologies to promote sustainable development in Damascus Countryside.

Al-Sheikh outlined the governorate’s situation during the Syrian revolution and stressed the need to strengthen administrative capacity and public services.

The meeting comes as Syria seeks to expand cooperation with regional partners as part of broader reconstruction efforts aimed at improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
