President al-Sharaa appoints new governor for Hasaka province

Damascus, Feb. 13 (SANA) Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa has issued Friday Presidential Decree No. 30 of 2026, appointing Nour al-Din Ahmad Issa as the new governor of Hasaka province.
