Islamabad, Feb. 11 (SANA) Pakistan on Tuesday expressed condolences to Syria following flash floods that caused deaths and significant damage in the country’s northwest.
In a statement, the Government of Pakistan said it extended its “deepest condolences” to the Syrian government and people over the loss of lives and destruction caused by recent flooding, particularly in the provinces of Idlib and Lattakia.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families, and we wish a speedy recovery to those injured as a result of this natural disaster,” the statement said expressing solidarity with the Syrian government and people during this a moment of grief.
