Damascus, Feb. 3 (SANA) Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa met on Tuesday with a delegation from the Kurdish National Council at the People’s Palace in Damascus.
The presidency said in a statement on its Telegram channel that President al-Sharaa reaffirmed the state’s commitment to guaranteeing the rights of Kurdish citizens within the framework of the constitution.
The Kurdish National Council delegation welcomed Presidential Decree No. 13, describing it as an important step toward strengthening rights and preserving cultural and social identity.
