Damascus, Dec. 23 (SANA) The first passenger plane carrying 32 Syrian citizens arrived at Damascus International Airport from Sudan on Tuesday, marking the start of the evacuation process announced earlier by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
The flight is part of a coordinated evacuation plan to ensure the safe return of Syrians wishing to leave Sudan amid the ongoing situation. The ministry previously organized registration for those seeking evacuation to facilitate their return to Syria.
