Organizing committee of protests against “SDF” violations: We reject the partition

Participants in protest sit in held Friday across several Syrian provinces and cities reaffirmed their commitment to Syria’s unity and their categorical rejection of all forms of separation and division.

They emphasized that the people of Jazira are the rightful owners of the land and alone have the right to determine its fate, not militias imposed by force of arms and foreign affiliations.

“On behalf of the people of Syrian Jazira, Arabs, Kurds, Syriacs, and Christians, and on behalf of civil society groups, media professionals, and community leaders who took part in today’s protests, we address this statement to the international community and all stakeholders in the Syrian file, expressing a unified national stance.” the organizing committee declared In a statement.

It continued: “We reaffirm our unwavering commitment to the unity of Syrian territory and our absolute rejection of all forms of separation and division. We stress that Syrian Jazira is an inseparable part of the Syrian Arab Republic, and any attempt to impose a separatist reality is categorically unacceptable.”

The statement added: “Participants declare that the so-called ‘SDF’ organization, which remains affiliated with the terrorist Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), is an illegitimate entity occupying lands in the provinces of Raqqa, Deir Ezzor, and Hasaka. It does not represent any component of Syrian society, including the authentic Kurdish community that rejects terrorism and foreign agendas.” It further noted that “Arab elements within this organization serve only narrow personal interests, far removed from national concerns.”

The committee strongly condemned all practices by these militias, including arbitrary arrests, forced displacement, compulsory recruitment, and administrative and economic domination. It affirmed that the pretext of fighting “ISIS” used by “SDF” has collapsed, and that the Syrian Arab Army is the sole legitimate force capable of pursuing any remaining terrorist elements.

The committee called on the international community to:
• Restore all Syrian Arab Republic territories to state control and resolve the “SDF” issue.
• Ensure the return of all displaced persons to their areas in Syrian Jazira.
• Cease all political or military support to any entity operating outside the authority of the Syrian state.
• Reinstate legitimate state institutions across all areas of Syrian Jazira.
• Work toward a comprehensive Syrian national solution that guarantees the unity of land and people under the banner of the Syrian Arab Republic.

The committee concluded its statement by affirming that the people of Syrian Jazira will continue their peaceful and civil struggle until their land returns to the embrace of the homeland, Syria, and that their free voice will remain stronger than any weapon.
