A commercial convoy of 95 trucks entered Sweida province late Sunday, loaded with food, vegetables, poultry, animal feed, water tanks, timber and industrial materials, local officials have said.
The press office at Sweida governorate said in a statement on its telegram channel that the convoy will support supplies and provide basic necessities for residents there.
The office added that distribution of aid will be under the supervision of local authorities.
