Barcelona, Sept. 22 (SANA) A delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, headed by Director of the Ministry’s European Affairs Department Sally Shoubat, participated in the third annual meeting of development agencies of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), held in Barcelona, Spain, under the theme “Advancing Sustainable Growth and Regional Cooperation.”
Syria’s participation comes in its capacity as a member state of the Union for the Mediterranean, with the meeting focusing on ways to strengthen regional cooperation and support development and sustainable growth initiatives among member states.
